Good Location and Clean

A good hostel. The staff is very helpful. The location is very central around the metro, 7/11, markets, and restaurants/cafes. The hostel is really clean. During our stay, the hostel and common areas were always clean. The hostel and its surroundings are safe. We are touring cyclists, and our bicycles were left in front of the hostel on the street during our stay. Recommend to travelers looking for hostels in Singapore.

Generally, everything was okay.

No other female guests

Beds were comfortable and it all seemed clean. It just would have been nice if there were authentic tourists there.

This hostel is called a backpackers hostel however, i think me and my family were the only backpackers. All other occupants seemes to be single workmen. I did not see another female in our whole trip, which was quite intimidating. It just would have been nice if there were authentic tourists there.

The hostel was okay but we were simply shocked at cost of a hostel stay in Singapore.

We had a private room for our family and it was a key lock entry to hostel. The staff was on site and able to help if required.

Not enough bathroom facilities for the amount of people on our floor. However, it was noted if we needed more facilities we could access the other two floors.

Good

Really good location to access china town, and CBD. Good food markets nearby. It felt clean and kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Showers are pretty good as well! Key card access to property also made it feel safe, especially when travelling with kids.

This was really good value for money so I cannot complain about anything.

The management was able to bring back our lost item which is our phone. Thank you so much.

However, the toilet for the ladies is upstairs. it is very inconvenient for elderly families to travel that high. They have no choice but to use the same level el toilet which is basically for men.

Value for money hostel

It was very cheap and the bathrooms were cleaned daily and kept clean. The hosts were friendly and helped with late check-ins.

The room was very small and ac was not working fully. The location also is a bit far from the main places in the city.We use the bendeemer metro for reaching places.

A fine option for a short stay to see Singapore

Good location to public transportation and restaurants. Easy to get to the airport/downtown area. Bathroom facilities were good.

We found the hostel to be quite loud, sound travelled into the room from the kitchen and lounge area. Basic facilities.

Very good

It was a nice location in Singapore and very affordable compared to a lot of the other hostels and places to stay in the city. It was very easy to walk to two different metro stations from and there was a ton to do in the neighborhood, including lots of places to explore and eat. The bed nooks each had a light and a charging port, which was nice.

One of the showers leaked, and there were only two toilets and two showers for the entire floor, so you sometimes had to wait to use them. Although, the wait was never too long.
